The PARQ is a new generation of mixed use office buildings that does not only use green certification when it comes to the work environment, but also is capturing a growing awareness when it comes to good practice of work and life balance. The building has several LEED and wellness features that are the first to market and WTD was engaged to communicate these attributes to potential tenants and the public.

We developed a series of key visuals that are communicating natural light use, outdoor co-working spaces and the obvious prime location of being directly next to Benjakitti Park. The PARQ complex after the 2nd phase completion will have direct access to the park which is considered one of Bangkok’s green lungs; This is another ‘first’ for the city. The key visuals also included a photograph that speaks about the healthy food options that will be available at The Park going far beyond the usual chain offers.
Apart from covering traditional channels of media such as press and magazine ads a key focus is the online component of the campaign. WTD developed the project website as well as a variety of social media templates to allow for the pre-sales phase to kick off. The site hoarding was an additional brief and was separated into 2 phases one to be considered a teaser and then revealing some project details using the key visuals.
